Hi! We’re Sammi Hoffman and Lisa Stigliano, a local realtor duo here in Middle TN.

Our brokerage:
Nashville on the Market Real Estate is a boutique real estate brokerage in Middle Tennessee. We are dedicated to helping people explore Greater Nashville Real Estate. Our real estate brokerage is owned by us, Lisa & Sammi, we decided to create a small and local company to help create a better experience for our clients.
What makes us different?
1. Communication: We pride ourselves on being available to our clients and can communicate in whatever way you wish to be communicated with (whether that be phone, text or email). One of the main benefits of our partnership is there is two of us so you will always have someone available to speak with or show you potential homes. Our clients never lose out on a home because we weren’t available or we were out of town..
2. Compassionate & Dedicated: We truly believe compassion has a place in real estate. We have helped so many people whether they are dealing with death, divorce, or just normal emotions from the stress of buying a home. We understand and we truly care about making this as stress free and positive of an experience as possible. We can’t promise that it won’t have its challenges but know that whatever comes up we will be by your side. Most real estate transactions have problems arise and our goal is to come up with strategies to overcome these issues and see you through it until the closing table.
3. We are full time AND experienced real estate agents: Unfortunately, real estate has a very low barrier of entry and with the market as it is.. there are new agents everyday. Some of these agents have other jobs or do this on the side. We are both full time agents who have worked as a partnership for almost 5 years now!
4. We don’t pass you off: When you call us, you will actually work with us. One or both of us will be there from the first consultation to when we hand you the keys! 🔑
