Get your front porch ready for trick or treaters this October with some fall theme curb appeal tips!
- Paint the front door. Opt for a classic color for a timeless look if you’re thinking of putting your house on the market anytime soon. A black front door can be striking if it goes with the look of your home.
- Add fall flowers or plants to spruce of the front stoop. Mums come in a variety of colors so you can go bold or moody. Sunflowers also make a beautiful fall accent and make a good first impression.
- Refresh your doormat. It’s the perfect time of year to pick a seasonal mat like “Hey There Pumpkin!” if you want to have fun with it. Layer it on top of a buffalo plaid mat for added style.
- Lay down fresh mulch to make your yard pop. Fresh mulch helps everything look pulled together and well cared for. Pull any weeds before laying it down.
- Add in the accents. Make your entryway Instagram-able by adding a fall wreath, lanterns with candles or new house numbers for a total refresh.
