We recently stumbled upon a new construction neighborhood in Ashland City called Bradley Bend and may be a little excited about it…
As many of you know, the Greater Nashville market has exploded and it has trickled into surrounding areas.. like Mt. Juliet, Old Hickory, etc. I know it can feel like every home has multiple offers on it before it is even listed – especially in the 200k range.
I was recently helping two of my closest friends buy their first home and they were (like most first time homebuyers) looking in a SUPER competitive range around 240k. They were okay with a 30 minute commute but just wanted what they wanted.. And guess what?! After some searching.. we found it.. a new construction home right off the interstate within a 30 minute drive to Nashville… AND it is ALL brick 2,000 sqft home, huge granite island, they got to pick their finishes/paint colors, and the homes in the neighborhood start at $225,000 (subject to price increases by the builder)!
Bradley Bend:
Location: Right on the Ashland City and Pleasantview line. From Nashville, take I-24W to Exit 24. Turn left on HWY 49W. Turn left on Triangle Road. Bradley Bend Subdivision is on your left (2.3 miles from interstate). Some new construction is hard to find on GPS’s so use Triangle Rd Pleasantview as the destination.
Why We Love Bradley Bend
- +/-30 minutes from Nashville
- ALL BRICK HOMES.. Front, sides, and back.. brick! And they have great brick options to choose from. You get to even choose the mortar color.
- Great floor plan options – they have larger home options as well I believe they go up to 5 bedrooms and all are in the mid 200k range STILL (you can’t even find prices like this for this quality home in Antioch new construction now….).
- The homes are priced as starter homes but large enough to have room to grow, especially from a young couple or young family! You could live comfortably in one of these homes for years to come!
- The kitchens 🙂: The plan my friend is moving into has a great layout with a HUGE granite island/bar setup.
- Real Hardwood Floors
- You get to pick your favorite lot and your favorite floor plan.. the only stipulation is it cannot be right beside another… luckily there are still so many great lot options to choose from!
- NO HOA
- You are surrounded by country roads and a farm. Not bad neighbors to have!
