2️⃣ A little babe is joining the family soon—due at the end of March! 🤰🏻 (Don’t worry, no champagne was drank in the making of photo #3!)

To kick off the holiday spirit, we rented a Franklin Trolley to tour the magical Christmas lights! 🎄✨ This was our trial run year, so if you didn’t get an invite, don’t worry—we’re planning for *two or more* trolleys next year so we can include ALL of our amazing past clients! 🚎❤️

Investing in real estate is all about short term sacrifice for long term gain.

Really that’s true with about anything you invest in.

When you invest in your health, it may cost you time and money up front, but the payoff in the long run is more than worth it.

Purchasing real estate, even if it’s a seller’s market (which, btw, it is NOT currently), in the long run is totally worth it because you’re going to continue to build equity over the years.
