The Lion’s Head community in Nashville happens to be one of our favorite complexes in all of Nashville. Lion’s Head is located by the Belle Meade Shopping Center, West End, and by the Richland Greenway. It is one of the most convenient & affordable complexes in the area. The complex is made up of 182 condos in 22 different structures, has a pool/community center, and MORE. Here is what we LOVE about the Lion’s Head condos:
The COMMUNITY: Okay, it is so pleasant to be around residents of Lion’s Head – they have nothing but great things to say about the community and most of the residents stick around! Similarly, there is a clubhouse/community center where people people get together and can rent out for events/family get togethers!
THE POOL: I MEAN WE LOVE A GOOD POOL and this place has one! 🙂
THE LOCATION: OKAY – I MEAN the zip code is 37205! The location is prime!!! It is right off the corner of White Bridge and Harding – basically Belle Meade! Like you can get to downtown Nashville, Charlotte Ave, West End, Green Hills and MORE all within 5-10 minutes! However, when you are in one of the condos you don’t feel like you are downtown (here is the back of some of the units!)
The PRICE TAG: Now, the Lion’s Head community has 7 different floor plans (some of which have been updated and some of which have not) so the price ranges vary. But usually we are talking in the low to mid 200s for 1 bedroom, mid to high 200s for a 2 bedrooms and high 200s to low 300’s for 3 bedrooms – all varying on level/condition, etc! But STILL talk about a deal in this area!

THE GUEST HOUSING: One big perk of Lion’s Head is they have a guest apartment that residents can utilized for friends and family when they are in town for a small daily fee – a fee that is MUCH lower than the average night in a hotel in the Nashville area. The only thing tip residents have said is around holiday times to book in advance!
