The new average median sale price in Nashville has finally surpassed $400,000 and is $405,000, which is a big leap when only 5 years ago the median average home price was $250,000. And 10 years ago, it was only $155,000.
The RE/MAX Study also showed home prices are up 19.2 percent over the last year, sales are down 7.4 percent and the housing inventory is currently at a 1.5 month supply.
We are continuing to see more and more people moving to Middle Tennessee, especially from larger and more expensive cities. And we are not anticipating those numbers to go down but continue to rise for the near future.
