Greater Nashville Market update – Closings in April were down from last year – there were 2,887 closings which is a 17% decrease from 3,479 last year year. Inventory is down at 9,976 from 11,627 in 2019. COVID-19 has had an effect across the country; however, the Nashville area is doing much better then many other markets. Prices are still staying strong. The median sales price is $330,000 which is a 7.5% increase over 2019. People are still buying and selling homes and we currently have 3,050 pending closings at the end of April and there has been an uptick in showings so all signs are pointing toward a market rebound.
