Thompson’s Station is a town in Williamson County right in between Franklin and Spring Hill. The town has a population of a little over 2,000 and a close proximity to Nashville making it a desirable neighborhood. The town dates back to the late 1700s and has a rich history including a civil war battle – The Battle of Thompson’s Station.
The real estate market: with the new Graystone Quarry Amphitheater – there will definitely be some economic growth that will influence the housing market in the area. Also – it looks like Tiger Woods is coming to Thompson’s Station! And it seems he will be bringing a golf course designed by the Master’s champ himself, custom homes, and a music venue. It is obvious that there is some serious growth happening in the area.
