Okay.. so let me start this out by saying this post may be a little bias.. I grew up in the Temple Hills neighborhood in Franklin TN (since the third grade). In fact, my dad still owns the house. I do think my time there gives me a good perspective on how amazing this neighborhood is. Temple Hills is located in Franklin right off of Sneed Rd but also has a close proximity to the Bellevue area and Natchez Trace. The neighborhood sits on a beautiful plush golf course and all of the roads are names after famous golf courses. I personally grew up on St. Andrews Dr.
Reasons We Love Temple Hills
The Country Club – The one great thing is you do not have to be a member of the club just because you live there – so you can choose to join or not . If you do choose to join the club offers 27 holes of golf, tennis, swimming and dinner at the club. The pool is amazing and has a great little snack bar (oh how I remember munching down on some snack there as a kid). Regardless if you join – you still get to enjoy life on a golf course.
The Gorgeous Golf Course – I mean if you like golf… enough said. If you don’t like golf the scenery is still beautiful 🙂
Array of Different Homes – I really love the neighborhood because the houses are not cookie cutter – they all have unique features/styles. Just drive around the neighborhood and you will see what I mean. Similarly, the homes feel private and not on top of each other like some other Franklin neighborhoods.
Beautiful Landscaping – The neighborhood is beautiful – some homes back up to the greens and some back up to beautiful lush forests.. regardless of where your home is located I can tell you it is beautiful.
