Nolensville’s newest neighborhood Annecy is in development! It is on 175 acres of pristine countryside surrounded by the rolling hills of Williamson County. The neighborhood lies in between Rocky Fork Rd and York Rd and minutes from shopping, dining, schools and more. Some of the amenities of the neighborhood are a pool with cabana, grilling areas and outdoor fireplaces, playground, fields, and a greenway walking trail and dog park!
There are a few builders that will be working in there: As of now, we know of Jones and Turnberry but there will be Boulevard lots that you can bring your own builder to as well. Turnberry announced pricing from mid 600s-high 900’s. We will update as we know more about the neighborhood.
