Offer and Contract Negotiations

When you find the “one”, we work with you and your lender to formulate an offer that you feel comfortable with and that works in your personal situation. Then we submit and negotiate with the seller and their agent from there. We walk you through the whole process and make sure you feel good with all the details before finalizing any contract!
