Brenthaven is one of our personal favorite neighborhoods in Brentwood, TN. It is unique in that it is comprised of ranch and two story style homes built from the 1970’s & on that sit on acre lots. It is actually the largest subdivision in Brentwood comprising of 800 homes!
Reasons We Love Brenthaven
1. Neighbors both River Park & Crockett Park – We really believe that a close proximity to greenways and parks is good for your life, health and more importantly your equity! It is such a perk of living in Brenthaven to be able to go on a beautiful walk at night on the River Park Greenways or have the ability to take the kids to the park to run off some energy.
2. Large lots/moderately sized homes: We are seeing a trend of clients wanting moderately sized homes with more privacy/lot size than larger mega-mansion like homes and this is exactly what many Brenthaven homes offer. Most of the homes are moderately sized (for Brentwood that is) and sit on close to an acre or more lot.
3. Close proximity to highway: Hop on 65N and you are in Nashville – this neighborhood is so CLOSE to 65 – you can be in Nashville in less than 20 minutes.. traffic permitting that is :).
4. Brentwood Library: Okay I am a sucker for libraries probably because I worked at a library throughout college.. but the amazing thing about Brenthaven is the Brentwood library is literally your next-door neighbor! Why wait 2 days for Amazon prime – when you can walk to your local library and check out a great book for free! And let me tell you the Brentwood library does not disappoint… they have a great book selection, amazing kid programs… and even yoga classes.
