There is a new neighborhood about to start construction in East Nashville: East Greenway Park. Here are some questions to see if it may be a good option for you to buy.
Do you want to live in or near East Nashville? Do you like the idea of buying new? Do you want to pick your paint colors, finishes, flooring, etc and put your touch on your next home? Do you like the outdoors? Do you want a close proximity to greenways and parks? Do you want to feel apart of a community? Do you want to avoid lawn-care?
If you answered yes to more than one of the questions above – East Greenway Park may be the perfect neighborhood for you. The Nashville on the Market Group just sat down with one of the listing agents at Village Real Estate and went to the site to check out the location. Here is what we now know:
The Location: East Greenway Park is an extension of the Rosebank neighborhood and lies adjacent to the Music City Bikeway. It literally has a trail connecting it to it the bikeway. It does have a park like quality with the mature trees and overview onto the park.
The Homes: There will be 62 homes making up the community. All but two will have garages. And they all seem to all have unique and different floor plans (see some examples at the end of this blog). As of right now in the first phase release the low end pricing is around 329k (around 1400 sq ft home without a garage) and goes up to just under 500k (around 2400 sq ft with 2 car garage). They all have very modern and cool finishes to choose from. We got to see the choices and they are very on trend with the hardwoods, paint colors and granite options. There are also many options for upgrades to really make it your own.
The Community Amenities: The entrance to the community will have an onsite local coffee shop. For homeowners with bikes, there will be bike racks for every homeowner and a deluxe bike work station. There will be outdoor gym equipment, urban gardens, grills, and community firepit on the grounds. Also, for your pooches – there will be dog wash stations to keep them clean from all the outdoor activities. We love outdoor living so we think this is a great addition to the East Nashville community. This community is specifically designed for a certain buyer who wants a park in there backyard (as opposed to having a backyard).
