Okay.. with the sweltering summer heat upon us.. who doesn’t want a pool steps away from their luxury Nashville condo?! We know we do – so we created a list highlighting OUR personal favorite Nashville condo complexes that happen to indulge our love for POOLS. 🙂
Werthan Lofts – Okay let’s begin the list with the most unique of the complexes we have chosen: Werthan Lofts. Located in Germantown, Werthan Lofts is a converted historical warehouse that offers some of the most unique loft condos in all of Nashville. The building is over 200 years old and was home to the Werthan Bag Factory. Each condo has its own special flare with high ceilings, exposed brick, beautiful balconies.. and of course a gorgeous pool area.

Twelve Twelve – For second place – we are going to highlight the newest complex of the group. This complex is made up of 286 residences all enclosed in glass with amazing VIEWS. Twelve Twelve offers lots of outdoor space including a covered dog walking space BUT most importantly the pool is a heated saline swimming pool and spa with sweeping downtown views

ICON – When talking about pools and high rises you can’t leave out the iconic ICON which actually has TWO pools – one large pool in the courtyard and one with a view of the Nashville skyline.

Adelicia – Located in Midtown – this is an 18 story condo complex that hosts 186 luxury condos from brownstone inspired town homes to penthouse suites… and more importantly the complex has a olympic size lap pool on the rooftop deck.

Terrazzo – This 15 story high-rise in the Gulch was built in 2009 and was Nashville’s first certified LEED building. The units have floor to ceiling glass and beautiful views. It also has one of our favorite pools that sits on the 6 floor pool deck.
